Gunsan City, Jeollabuk-do announced on the 16th that it will provide a web service for’Saemangeum Weather Information’ through the Gunsan City website (www.gunsan.go.kr).

The web service is implemented in order to facilitate the convenience of tourists visiting Gunsan while allowing citizens to respond to rapidly changing weather alerts on their own based on the experience of the torrential rain damage that occurred in the Gunsan city area last year.

The web service is a customized integrated meteorological service that provides real-time weather conditions of automatic weather observation equipment in Gunsan Meteorological Station (Naeheung-dong), Saemangeum (Okdo-myeon), and Gunsan Industrial Complex (Soryong-dong), as well as weekly forecasts, sea weather, sunrise sunset, low tide and high tide. , Passenger ships and cruise ship operating times are also provided.
