GS E&C announced that it is doing its best to prevent the infection of the novel coronavirus (Corona 19) in the sample house of’Gangneung Jai Pine Venue’, which opened on December 31, so that visitors can safely view it. Previously, a reservation was made for a visit to the sample house through the Gangneung Jai Fine Venue website, and after opening, a pick number notification service was used to ensure that only a minimum number of people stay in the outside waiting area. In the interior of the sample house, admission was restricted to the appropriate number of people according to social distancing standards, and induces them to quickly visit and cycle.

Xibot, an artificial intelligence robot guide by Xi, was also deployed to help visitors non-face-to-face guidance. Visitors received non-face-to-face, safe and convenient information on various information and services such as complex layout, floor plan, model house space information, and subscription schedule through Xybot.
Glass walls were installed at each seat to minimize contact with people next to the counselor, and splash-blocking acrylic screens were provided to minimize contact between counselors and visitors.
Gangneung Xi’s Pine Venue, the first Xi apartment to be introduced in the Gangneung area, will consist of 918 households with a total of 918 units with an exclusive area of 74-135m2, with 3 floors below the ground and 27 floors above the ground.

The Gangneung Xi Fine Venue sample house is located in Gyo-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, and the move-in is scheduled for January 2024.
