Instead, eating and drinking are allowed in cafe stores, and businesses such as karaoke rooms and ski resort facilities that were banned from gatherings are also allowed.

Under the premise of strict compliance with quarantine rules, eating and drinking in the store is allowed until 9 pm.”

“In restaurants and cafes with a facility permit/reporting area of ​​50m2 or more, a table or seat is allowed to use only 50% of the seats in the store. If this is difficult to observe, a distance of 1m between tables or partitions must be installed.” He emphasized.

In addition, it is mandatory to wear a mask when not ingesting food, and measures will be implemented to impose a fine of not more than 100,000 won in case of violating this.

The government also decided to lift the ban on groupings such as direct sales promotion halls, indoor sports facilities, academies, singing practice centers, and indoor standing performance halls, such as door-to-door sales in the metropolitan area, and resume operation. Deputy Deputy General Kwon emphasized, “In these facilities, it is a rule to limit the number of people to use per 8m2 of facility permission and report area, and the number of people available for each facility must be posted on the door, etc.”
