[투데이에너지 홍시현 기자] The Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation (CEO Lim Chun-taek, hereinafter Ki-pyeong Ee) announced that it will start the’Global Energy Market Information (globalenegy.ketep.re.kr)’ service, an overseas information sharing platform specialized in the energy industry.

The’World Energy Market Information’ is a platform that comprehensively provides national energy statistics, energy plans, various data, regulations, policy systems such as standards and certifications, trends reports by energy industry, news information, and current status of international energy cooperation.

Small and medium-sized companies in the domestic energy sector often suffer from lack of market information in the early stages of overseas business promotion. When using foreign paid information services to obtain market information, it costs tens of millions of won or more per year.

In this regard, Egipyeong established a’World Energy Market Information’ platform to help small and medium-sized companies enter overseas markets, providing local policy, technology, market, and investment information, and using the government network to directly and indirectly guide small and medium-sized companies to enter the market. I plan to apply as an enemy.

This platform covers country-specific energy statistics, electricity supply forecasts, overseas company information, bidding information, news links, and other one-stop services, as well as information on international energy organization (IEA) activities of Egipyeong and intergovernmental cooperation in progress. Will be provided.

First of all, Egipyeong plans to provide information on a total of 15 countries, including new and northern countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and China, and advanced countries such as the United States and Germany. It plans to gradually expand.

“It is very important that domestic investment results are linked to overseas market entry,” said Lim Chun-taek, director Egi-pyeong. “I hope that the global energy market information platform will be of great help for domestic energy companies to enter overseas markets.”
