When Supreme Court Chief Justice Kim Myung-soo released a transcript of the dialogue in connection with the suspicion that Chief Justice Im Seong-geun rejected the resignation of the Busan High Court chief judge for the reason that the impeachment of a judge was under discussion at the National Assembly, Chief Justice Kim said, “Relying on unclear memories, I apologize for this.” On the 4th, Vice-President Judge Lim’s lawyer released three 26-38 second transcripts of the conversation between the two. He was accused of being innocent at the first trial, and an appeal trial is in progress.
