A probation of execution was sentenced to Kim Amugae (23), who escaped after spitting on only women in a situation where Corona 19 was spreading. Judge Jeong Wan, who was solely responsible for criminal 11 of the Seoul Northern District Law, sentenced Kim, who was accused of frequent assault on the 21st, to two years probation after eight months in prison, and ordered 80 hours of probation, 40 hours of social service, and medical supervision. Kim was charged with spitting on the faces of 23 women passing by while riding bicycles in the area of Jungnang-gu, Seoul between July and August of last year and running away after making a spit sound. Kim is known to have stated that he “spited out as a joke” for some of the crimes during a police investigation. At the first trial held in November last year, Mr. Kim acknowledged all the facts of the prosecution and then revealed the reason for committing the crime against women only, saying, “It seemed that I would be harmed and work to spit on men.” It is known that Kim had never been infected with Corona 19. The judge said, “Most of the victims were only surprised by Mr. Kim’s provocative behavior, but some suffered mental damage to the extent that they were worried about corona 19 infection due to the actual spit on their body. The crime is heavy as it appears to have committed the crime by using a bicycle as a target.
