Gas station gasoline prices rose in the 18th week… National average 1530 won per liter

The price of diesel rose 12.2 won to 1329 won per liter.

According to the Korea National Oil Corporation’s Oil Price Information Service Opinet on the 27th, the sales price of gasoline at gas stations nationwide on the fourth week of March (22-26) recorded 1530 won per liter, up 12.6 won from the previous week.

The average selling price of diesel rose 12.2 won to 1329 won per liter. Petroleum product prices have rebounded from the fourth week of November, rising for 18 consecutive weeks.

The sales price of gasoline by region was the most expensive in Seoul at 1614.7 won per liter, up 12.1 won from last week. It was 84.8 won higher than the national average. On the other hand, Daegu gasoline price rose 13.3 won to 1506.8 won per liter, the cheapest in the country. It was 23.1 won lower than the national average.

As for the average price of gasoline by brand, GS Caltex gas stations were the most expensive at 1538 won per liter, while the budget gas station was the lowest at 1502.1 won. In terms of diesel prices, GS Caltex gas stations were the highest at 1338 won per liter, while the affordable gas station was the cheapest at 1297.2 won.

The refinery’s supply price is 1483.8 won, up 14.5 won in gasoline prices, and 1275.4 won in diesel prices, up 9.8 won from the previous week. The highest priced refinery based on gasoline was 1491.1 won, down 0.1 won from the previous week with GS Caltex, and the lowest refinery rose 14.7 won to 1479 won with S-OIL.

The average international oil price (based on Dubai oil) for the fourth week of March was $62.4, down 3.4 dollars per barrel from the previous week.
