On the 20th, Korea Gas Safety Corporation held a joint labor-management declaration to practice ethical integrity in the conference room of its headquarters located in the Chungbuk Innovation City.

As a result of the internal and external ethics awareness survey conducted by KDHC last year, there were many opinions that it was necessary to’share the case of ethical leadership by management’ and’executive will of management’.

KDHC promoted a joint labor-management declaration by reflecting the opinions of employees in work so that all employees can feel and practice ethical integrity.

The main contents of the joint declaration agreed upon by labor and management are ▲ establishment and implementation of fair ethical management policies ▲ prohibition of accepting and receiving money, entertainment, and unreasonable unethical behavior ▲ endeavors to continuously improve the working environment, such as preventing mischief, sexual harassment and harassment in the workplace ▲ social responsibility Such as active implementation.
