According to the industry on the 30th, Samsung Electronics opened a pre-order menu for’Galaxy S21′ on the US official website. If you register your personal information such as name, contact information, email, etc., it is a service that informs you when advance reservation begins, and it also provides a purchase benefit of about $50. It also provides an additional $10 purchase benefit for pre-orders on Samsung applications.
It is reported that the price of the basic model of the’Galaxy S21′ is around 900,000 won. Considering that the basic model of the previous work’Galaxy S20′ is 12,485,000 won, it will be cheaper than 200,000 won. The estimated price in Europe, which was previously disclosed in foreign media, is 879 euros (about 1.17 million won), which is about 120 euros cheaper than the previous work (999 euros). The estimated prices of the’Galaxy S21′ Plus model and the’Galaxy S21′ Ultra model are 1.2 million won and 1.7 million won.
Samsung Electronics plans to unveil the’Galaxy S21′ on January 14th next year. Compared to the previous work,’Galaxy S20′, which was released on February 11 this year, it is about a month ahead. Advance reservations will start on January 15th and will be officially released on the 29th of the same month. Advance reservations are expected to start on the 22nd.
The product lineup is expected to consist of three types: 6.2-inch Galaxy S21, 6.7-inch Galaxy S21+, and 6.8-inch Galaxy S21 Ultra. Depending on the model, it is expected to mount a battery with a capacity of 4,000 to 5,000 mAh, and RAM (RAM) will support 8 GB for the Galaxy S21, and 12 GB for the Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
In addition, the standard model is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 processor depending on the country of release. In the industry, the’Galaxy S21′ with Exynos is expected to be released in Korea, Europe, and India.

Until now, Samsung Electronics held an unpack event of the’Galaxy S’series in mid-February every year and launched the product in March. However, the industry believes that the launch schedule has been advanced by more than a month from the previous year in order to prevent the offensive of the recently launched’iPhone 12′, which is receiving good response, and to absorb Huawei’s share, which has been stagnant due to US government sanctions. Apple’s’iPhone 12′ series sold more than 600,000 units within a month after its launch in Korea at the end of last October.

However, like the Galaxy Note series, it is expected that the S Pen will be supported only for use instead of internal storage, so separate accessories for storage are expected.
Earlier, President Roh Tae-moon of Samsung Electronics’ Wireless Business Department announced the holding of the’Galaxy S21′ unpack event, saying, “We will see you with new news in January of next year” through a recent article in the newsroom of Samsung Electronics.
