Broadcaster Sayuri talked about what she experienced at a cafe she found in an emergency evacuation situation due to an apartment fire. Sayuri and her son Jen, who didn’t have a QR code because they couldn’t get a cell phone, said they were denied entry to the cafe.

On the 23rd, Sayuri posted a long article on her Instagram saying she had evacuated due to an apartment fire. He explained that “a fire broke out on the first floor of the apartment and came up to the window of the house, pressed the emergency bell and evacuated with my aunt who took care of the child.”

Sayuri said, “My aunt hid Jen in her clothes and ran out with dogs in both hands. There was smoke in the corridor, so the elevator was more dangerous, so I went down the stairs. The smoke was coming up as I went down, and my heart was afraid of not being able to see the exit. It seemed like this would collapse,” he said.

Sayuri was most afraid of her son, Jen, who was 3 months old. He expressed his gratitude, saying, “I was just imagining that tears would fall and the sky would fall. When I finally went outside to check the condition of my son, he was breathing with a small mouth.”

Sayuri said she wore her down jacket to a child under the age of 10 who was standing barefoot in a thin pajama in front of the security room. He said, “It’s not just a reason to be kind, but I want someone to do the same thing when my son has the same situation.”

Sayuri said that he left the dogs at the veterinary hospital in front of the house and headed to Starbucks, located across from the apartment. This is because the young son was trembling in the cold.

He said, “I want to place an order, but the employee said I had to get the QR code first. I explained the situation that I didn’t bring my mobile phone because of the fire because of the fire, but the store said I couldn’t drink and I had to go out.”

He said, “I showed my son whose lips turned blue and asked him to stay indoors for a while, but he said it wasn’t possible until the end.”

Sayuri emphasized, “I thought how nice it would have been to write down my personal information and allow entry like other stores. I don’t know about other Starbucks, but this time I did not receive information about personal information until the end.”

“The reason I am writing this article is absolutely not to criticize the employee. I think that the employee is only doing his or her duty to prevent the coronavirus, and he did it because there are guidelines,” he said. I wish I didn’t let the store out because I didn’t have a cell phone in a trembling situation.”

In Sayuri’s post, Kim Ga-yeon said, “My heart trembles just by looking at the words. How scary and difficult it must have been. I am really glad that everything is okay.” Kim Ji-woo also comforted, “Is Sayuri and Jen okay now. I must be very surprised.”

Netizens said, “Not only in the situation of Sayuri, but also manual check-in so that seniors and children who are difficult to use mobile phones can enter.”, “Employees couldn’t help but are angry at the system that lacked diversity.” “It seems that each store is different”, “As a mother raising a baby, I feel upset. I want the staff to reflect on it.”, “People without a mobile phone may not be able to buy coffee,” said Sayuri’s opinion.

Sayuri got pregnant by donating sperm from a Japanese sperm bank and gave birth to her son, Zen, on December 4 last year. It is known that Sayuri recently donated the proceeds from her child-raising video posted on her YouTube channel in celebration of her son Jen’s 100 days.

“I can’t enter without QR code”… Sayuri’s Instagram post.

A fire broke out on the first basement floor of our apartment around 9:30 am today. The smoke came up to the window of my house and it turned white outside. I immediately pressed the emergency bell and told my aunt who took care of the child with me to evacuate immediately. My aunt hid Jen in her clothes and ran out with the puppies in both hands.

There was already a bad smell and smoke in the hallway, and in this situation the elevator was even more dangerous and went down the stairs. The more I went down, the stronger the smoke was coming up from the stairs, and even if I went down, my heart seemed to stop with a sense of fear that I could not see the exit.

Still, the most frightening thing was that my son, who is only 3 months old, was afraid of what would happen. Just by imagining, tears fell and the sky seemed to fall. As soon as I went outside, I checked my son’s condition. My son was breathing hard with his small mouth. Thank you. I wanted to thank everyone.. to everyone. I am grateful and more grateful that my son is still alive at this moment.

In front of the guard, a child less than 10 years old alone was wearing thin pajamas with bare feet. I didn’t even see my parents around, so I put on my down jacket. I wasn’t just doing it for good reason, it was a wish if my son did the same thing when the same situation happened.

I couldn’t figure out how much the fire was, so I left my dogs at the animal hospital right next to the house for a while, and then went inside Starbucks across the apartment. My son was cold, my lips were shaking, and I wanted to quickly evacuate my son to a warm and safe place.

I was standing to order two hot drinks, but the staff told me to do the QR code first. She explained our situation that she didn’t take her cell phone because she was going out quickly because of the fire, but she said she had to leave because she couldn’t drink at the store.

He showed his son who turned blue his lips, and asked him to stay indoors for a while for him, but he said he couldn’t go through.

I thought at that time how nice it would have been to write down my personal information and allow entry like other stores. No… I don’t know about other Starbucks, but it’s unfortunate that I haven’t been informed about my personal information until the end.

I am not writing this article for the purpose of criticizing the employee. I think the employee was just doing his or her duty to prevent coronavirus, and because of the guidelines.
However, as a mother, please as a human being.

If the child is shivering because it is cold, I would like you not to send it out from the store just because there is no cell phone. That’s all I want.
