In the future, LH, Dong-gu, Daejeon, and Daejeon City Corporation are planning to supply 250 rental housing units for existing residents as well as 450 happy housing units for young people and 700 units for sale as public housing projects.

Existing residents live in temporary migration spaces where they leased nearby accommodation facilities during the rental housing construction period, and when the rental housing construction is completed, they are resettled into public rental housing equipped with caring and self-support facilities.
LH plans to start research and design services in March of this year with the aim of moving in at the end of 2025, establish a three-dimensional urban space master plan and conduct an architectural design competition, and start construction and housing construction in 2022.
