From the 25th, 10 million won low-interest loans to small business tenants

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 24th that it will support ten million won rental loans to tenant business owners in the prohibited collective business from the 25th.

This loan support is targeted to small business owners in the prohibited collective business, which suffers from a decrease in sales due to increased social distancing since November 24 last year. Support is provided using KRW 1 trillion of small business policy fund.



However, self-employment and free rental small business are not eligible for support. Small business owners whose business registration certificate opened on or after December 1 of last year, tax delinquency and financial institution delinquency, closure or closure, and companies that do not have sales from January 1, 2020 to the day before the application date are also excluded.

The loan interest rate is 1.9%, and the loan amount is 10 million won per company. The loan term is amortized over 2 years and amortized over 3 years.

From 9 am on the 25th, individual businesses can apply on the Shinhan Bank App, and corporate businesses can apply on the website of the Small Business Market Promotion Agency. Small business owners who are not included in the support fund can apply at the Small Vacuum Regional Center after receiving a confirmation of prohibition of gathering. It is expected to take 4 to 5 days from application to execution.
