According to the Chungnam Police Agency and the Cheonan Southeast Police Station on the 4th, it was discovered that a member of the Songpa-gu Council A and a man were killed in a car parked in a parking lot of a building in Anseo-dong, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan City, around 10:40 am. At the time of discovery, Assemblyman A was sitting in the driver’s seat, and the vehicle was confirmed to be owned by Assemblyman A.
On the morning of that morning, the Cheonan Southeast Police Station, which received a request for cooperation from the Seoul Police Agency, tracked the location of the vehicle with a mobile phone and found a vehicle parked in an empty parking lot. In the car, there were no memos and other wills that could predict the cause of death.
The police are planning to conduct investigations with various possibilities open, and will discuss whether or not an autopsy will be conducted with the bereaved family. The relationship between Clinic A and the male was not confirmed. Assemblyman A was elected through a local election in June 2018 as a member of the Democratic Party. Members of the Songpa-gu council said, “I don’t know anything about the death of Congressman A.”
A police official said, “Once we judged that there was no suspicion of killing, we are putting weight on the possibility that they took their own lives,” and said, “The exact cause of death will be revealed through investigation.”
