[이데일리 스타in 이석무 기자] Former national defender Yoon Seok-young (31) is completely transferred to Gangwon FC.

Kangwon FC announced on the 6th that “we have been able to reconcile once again by bringing Yoon Seok-young, who was a loan student in the 2019 season, to a complete transfer.”

After being loaned to Kangwon FC from Kashiwa Reisol in the Japanese J-League in the 2019 season, Yoon Seok-young played in 28 games and was responsible for the defense. After that, when the contract with the original team, Kashiwa Raysol, was ended, they tried to transfer to Korea and took the hand of Gangwon FC among several options.

Yoon Seok-young was unable to play many games due to injuries last season, but aims to make a leap forward at Gangwon FC.

Yoon Seok-young, who was in charge of the left side of the national team by age and the team, was the first center-back at Gangwon FC. In 2019, at the suggestion of coach Kim Byeong-soo, he played as a center back and played several games. Despite being the first attempted position, the fans took a picture of the eye with his sluggish performance.

Yoon Seok-young said, “I played soccer happily at Gangwon FC, but I’m glad to be back again.” He added, “I became the best player to come back to the team,” he added. “I think we should lead the team by uniting with players of the same age.”

“I hope this season will be a happy and enjoyable season for everyone,” said Yoon Seok-young.

In addition, he said, “The goal is to score a goal in Gangwon FC.”
