In Hongseong, two Thais (Hongseong 55-56) were confirmed by Corona 19 on the 8th and 9th. Asan 238~240 were confirmed after contact with Asan 235, whose path of infection was not confirmed. Asan No.241~244 was confirmed to be related to Asan No.204, a confirmed person related to the Asan Farming Association. These four were confirmed during self-isolation.

On the 9th, most of the 30 new confirmed cases in Chungnam area occurred in the northwestern part of Chungnam. There were 27 confirmed cases in four cities in the northwest region, including Cheonan, Asan, Dangjin, and Seosan. Cheonan, with a population of 6,588,000, has 782 cases of cumulative infections, with 800 in front. It is only 135 people different from Daejeon (917 infected people), which has twice the population (about 1.63,800 people).

There were 245, 154 and 173 confirmed cases in Asan, Seosan, and Dangjin, respectively.
