[스포티비뉴스=장진리 기자] Musical actor Kang Eun-il, who was convicted of forced harassment and was finally found innocent in the Supreme Court, accused the woman involved in the case of innocence.
Kang Eun-il sued the police last year for innocence against a woman who claimed to be a sexual harassment victim. Already, Kang Eun-il appeared in the police as a complainant twice on September and 11 of last year and was investigated.
Kang Eun-il was accused of forcibly harassing Mr. A in the restroom of a restaurant while drinking with an acquaintance and his high school alumnus A in March 2018. Mr. A claimed that Kang Eun-il followed him to the women’s bathroom and was forcibly harassed. “He refuted that he was angry.
In the first trial, Mr. A consistently made a statement, and even after the incident, he was judged guilty because he consistently claimed damage and demanded an apology. However, the judgment was overturned in the second trial. This is because it is confirmed that Kang Eun-il enters the toilet first in the CCTV video, and when judging by the shadow in the CCTV video, the movement of the two is contrary to Mr. A’s statement and more in line with Kang Eun-il’s argument. In the end, the appeals court condemned Kang Eun-il, and the Supreme Court also determined that the second trial was correct, and Kang Eun-il was finally confirmed innocent in April.
Kang Eun-il returned to the activity by appearing in’Smoke’ and’Allmost Main’ after receiving the final acquittal. He said, “The stage was so desperate, and I waited for the moment to be able to act again. All of this is like a dream now. I will work more earnestly. I will do my best to show you.” I will be an actor who grows up.”
