On the 3rd, which is Saturday, the whole country is generally cloudy and rainy.

The rain that started in the southern region the night before will expand to most regions of the country in the morning. In the metropolitan area, there may be places where raindrops fall at dawn before full-scale rain begins.

Particularly, in Jeju Island, a strong south wind blows a lot of water vapor in, and it is expected that there will be a strong rain of about 20 mm per hour between dawn and daytime due to the geographical influence.

Estimated precipitation by the afternoon of the 4th will be 30 to 80 mm in the central region including Seoul, northern Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island, and 100 mm in the southern and eastern part of Jeju Island, and more than 150 mm in the mountains of Jeju Island.

The southern coast of Jeollanam-do, the coast of Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk (excluding the northern part) will record 20~60mm, and the rest of the region will record 10~40mm.

The minimum temperature in the morning is expected to be 9 to 15 degrees across the country. During the day, most regions of the country will rise to around 20 degrees, 2 to 5 degrees lower than the previous day. Gangwon’s Yeongdong will be cool by recording around 15 degrees, similar to the previous day, due to the influence of the east wind.

The concentration of fine dust will be generally clean, such as maintaining a level from’good’ to’normal’ due to smooth air diffusion and the influence of rain.

Estimated snowfall is 2~7cm in the northern part of Gangwon and 1~3cm in the central and southern part of Gangwon-do.
