‘Fitly’, YouTuber of’Dead Hellchang’, was devastated by the shocking medical examination results.
On the 4th, Fitbly, famous as an athletic YouTuber, posted a video titled’I have a health problem with eating room’ on his YouTube channel. In the video on this day, Fitbly confessed that he had visited the hospital and had a medical checkup, saying, “I feel that my health is not getting better because I am doing too much corruption.”
The day after the checkup, the results I heard from the doctor were shocking. His doctor said, “I did a basic test and my cholesterol level was very bad.”
The doctor said, “The liver function is fine, but the low-density (LDL) cholesterol was very high. If this is the level, if you stop this diet right away and return to a healthy lifestyle, you need medication.”
The normal low-density cholesterol level was 100 to 129 mg/dL, but in the case of Fitbly, it was 200 mg/dL. It exceeded the level of 190mg/dL, which is’very high’. The doctor in charge said, “It’s rare for a young person to come out like this.”
After hearing the result, Fitbly confessed, “It’s shocking. I couldn’t even imagine that cholesterol would be high. I think it was more shocking to see the exact level.” He said, “Now, lowering low-density cholesterol is my top priority, so I should take care of my body as the doctor told me.”
Meanwhile, Fitbly is a YouTuber who runs a gym and publishes videos related to exercise and diet. After the gym was closed in step 2.5 of social distancing, the video of the eating video that was conducted after the gym was closed became a hot topic, and it was nicknamed’Dead Hellchang’.
