Financial authorities publish a casebook of legal interpretation and non-action opinions
Including active legal interpretation and non-measures opinions to respond to Corona 19

[아시아경제 이광호 기자]The Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service announced on the 8th that they published the 2020 legal interpretation and non-action opinions, respectively, in case books.
This casebook contains a total of 201 cases of response, including 136 legal interpretations and 65 non-actional opinions issued during last year. In addition, it responded to the demand for interpretation of laws in various fields through the anonymous application system, which was newly introduced in April of last year.
The anonymous application system served as a communication channel for inquiries related to regulation of general companies, such as fintech companies preparing to enter the financial innovation field such as electronic finance and credit information, and public announcements and audits.
A casebook of 2020 legal interpretation and non-action opinions published this time is available on the Financial Regulatory Complaint Portal.
An official from the financial authorities said, “We plan to actively resolve questions and sanctions anxiety under financial laws and to improve legal stability of financial companies.”
