Even though the US said, “Don’t make me anxious”… North Korea launches additional missiles in four days

The US Department of Defense raised its voice to North Korea, saying, “Do not do anything to make the Korean peninsula less stable.” This is a warning that came out on the 21st of North Korea’s estimated cruise missile launch vehicle. However, as North Korea launches another ballistic missile launch in four days, tensions between the United States and the United States are expected to intensify.

Defense Ministry spokesman John Kirby said at a briefing on the 24th (local time) that when asked about North Korea, “I want to see North Korea denuclearize. We want stability and security on the Korean Peninsula, and denuclearization is a key factor in that.” The US, which has refrained from giving meaning to North Korea’s low-intensity protests with two cruise missiles on the 21st, threw a message saying that it should not take additional pressure.

Spokesman Kirby drew a line that “there is no information,” such as when the United States detected movement in relation to the North Korean missile and whether it shared relevant information with the alliance. Even when asked whether the US intelligence authorities detected it in advance, he said, “I will not tell you about the information.” The daily Washington Post (WP) and other US media reported that North Korea fired two short-range missiles on the 21st the day before, and the US and South Korean authorities confirmed this. It is unusual for North Korea’s missile launch to be announced later by foreign media rather than an announcement by the authorities.

Spokesman Kirby’s briefing took place on the same day before the news that North Korea launched an estimated projectile with two ballistic missiles. If the ballistic missile launch is correct, it is the first launch since the inauguration of US President Joe Biden. The US Department of Defense has yet to comment on the further launch of North Korea.
