Italy, Austria, etc. “Stop vaccination”
WHO, “There is no reason to stop using the vaccine”

The European Union Medicines Agency (EMA) announced on the 12th (local time) that “allergic hypersensitivity” should be added as a side effect of the AstraZeneca coronavirus infection (Corona 19) vaccine.

According to the AFP news agency, EMA said that it recommended updating the product information to include anaphylaxis and hypersensitivity allergic reactions as a side effect of AstraZeneca.

Recently, in Europe, an increasing number of countries are temporarily discontinuing use of the AstraZeneca vaccine in some or all of its manufacturing units. These countries are taking these measures as a prophylactic measure after successive reports of blood clots (blood clots) being formed in some people who received the vaccine.

Denmark, Norway and Iceland have temporarily suspended vaccinations, according to the BBC. As a preventive measure, Italy and Austria stopped using only certain productions inoculated by the deceased. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Luxembourg also stopped vaccinating the same production as Austria, and Romania stopped using the same production as Italy. Bulgaria has also announced that AstraZeneca will be discontinued.

On the other hand, the UK, which developed the vaccine, as well as France and Germany are in a position to continue using the AstraZeneca vaccine.

The World Health Organization (WHO) also announced that there was no reason to stop using the AstraZeneca vaccine, the AFP news agency reported.

WHO spokesman Margaret Harris said in a video press briefing at the United Nations Office in Geneva that “we have reviewed the data on deaths. So far, there have been no deaths from vaccination.”
