According to the real estate industry on the 16th, the Gangnam-gu Office in Seoul notified the approval of the establishment of the association in Apgujeong District 4 on the 10th. It was about 3 years and 3 months after the establishment of the association establishment promotion committee in November 2017 that Apgujeong District 4 was approved for establishment of the association. The Apgujeong 4 district, which has a scale of 1368 households, is expected to be rebuilt into more than 2,000 households through approval for project implementation and management and disposal plans.

Apgujeong District 4 is the first of six maintenance districts in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, consisting of 24 complexes of 10,466 households. In addition to Zone 4, Zone 1 (Miseong 1 and 2), Zone 2 (Shin-Hyundai 9, 11, 12), 3 (Hyundai 1-7, 10, 13, 14), 5 (Hanyang 1 and 2) ) And District 6 (Hanyang 5, 7 and 8) are also speeding up the reconstruction project.

District 1 (Miseong 1st, 2nd), 2nd (Hyundai 9, 11, 12th), and 3rd (Hyundai 1-7, 10, 13, 14th, Daelim Villat) surpassed 75% of the agreement to establish a union. We are preparing for the association establishment general meeting. Along with District 4, District 5, which applied for permission to establish a union at Gangnam-gu Office in December last year, is said to be expected to receive results this month.

Apgujeong-dong area, which is considered the best-priced apartment in Gangnam-gu, is in a hurry to approve the establishment of the union in order to avoid the requirement for two years of actual residence. Earlier, the government announced that through the June 17th measures last year, the reconstruction apartments in the overheated district would be allowed to receive the right to occupy new apartments only if members lived for two years.
