The product with phthalate plasticizer detected is a school bag for elementary school students, which was launched as a new product this spring. Only the pink color product was detected above the standard value. The recall will continue until April 16th, and sales of this product have ceased both online and offline.
Consumers who have purchased the product can receive the desired action, such as exchange, repair, or refund for the same price product. Refunds can only be made at the store where they were purchased.
