Elon Musk SpaceX launches 120 satellites every month

SpaceX successfully launched 60 Starlink satellites at once and recovered by re-landing the first-stage rocket to Earth. Elon Musk’s goal of selling high-speed Internet services across the globe is steadily realizing.

<더 버지(The Verge)> On the 14th at 6:01 am (Eastern time in the United States) at the Kennedy Space Center’LC-39A’ in Florida, USA, SpaceX reported that it succeeded in launching the Falcon 9 Block 5 satellite.

Through the launch of the rocket under the mission name’Starlink V10 L21′, SpaceX launched 60 Starlink satellites in low Earth orbit at once.

The Falcon 9 first-stage rocket landed on the Western “Of Course I Still Love You”, 633 kilometers from the launch site after completing the mission. This unique name confirms to the unmanned barge for the collection of SpaceX rockets.

Starlink satellites are used by SpaceX to build a service that allows satellites to connect to the Internet in all regions of the planet. It has been granted permission to launch a total of 12,000 satellites, and there are only 1,000 satellites launched so far.

It is known that more than 10,000 people have joined the StarLink beta program launched in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom last year. If you buy a $499 StarLink kit consisting of a router and antenna, you can use the Internet with speeds ranging from 70 to 130Mbps for $99 per month.

Meanwhile, SpaceX launched a total of six rockets in the StarLink mission only this year. About 120 Starlink satellites are launched every month, and future launches are scheduled for the 21st from Cape Canaveral.
