During the pre-reservation period, E-Mart and SSG.com’s New Year gift sets showed strong sales. It is analyzed that sets priced at more than KRW 100,000 recorded a large increase in sales, leading to an increase in overall gift set sales.
First, sales of premium sets at a price of 200,000 won or more increased significantly. This is interpreted as an increase in the demand for sending expensive gifts instead of being unable to visit directly as the atmosphere of the non-face-to-face holiday spreads due to Corona 19.

As a result of Emart’s analysis of gift set sales for 36 days from December 24, 2020 to January 28 of this year, sales of premium gift sets of over 200,000 won increased 79.8% compared to the same period last year, proving the strength of premium sets. appear.
SSG.com also saw a 212.8% increase in sets of over 200,000 won, leading to an increase in overall gift set sales.
