The lack of vaccines is not just a problem in the US right now. Many countries are receiving vaccines that are significantly less than the original contracts. Following Pfizer, supply of AstraZeneca is also being delayed. European countries have even announced legal response, saying it was a breach of contract.

Pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca has announced that the vaccine supply will be delayed on the 22nd local time.
AstraZeneca plans to deliver approximately 80 million doses of vaccine to 27 countries by the end of March this year.
However, there was a setback, such as a fire at a factory in India that recently commissioned vaccine production.
AstraZeneca did not disclose how much the supply would be delayed.
However, Reuters quoted an EU official and reported that “the first quarter supply will be 31 million batches, down 60% from expected.”
Earlier, Pfizer also announced that it would reduce its vaccine supply due to construction of a production facility in Belgium.
The European Union has an emergency in its vaccination plan.
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said on his Facebook page that he would take legal action, saying it was a “serious breach of contract.”
Austria, Poland, and Sweden, a non-EU member state, all announced that they will respond.
Interest is the vaccine our country has decided to receive.
The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said, “There is no change in the supply plan so far.”
He said he had not received any separate contact from the vaccine company regarding the supply disruption.
