Kang Hoon, an accomplice of Jo Joo-bin (26), an operator of’Park Sabang’, who is accused of creating female sexual exploitation and spreading it on the Internet messenger Telegram, lost an administrative lawsuit filed by claiming that disclosure of personal information was illegal.

On the 15th, the 11th administrative division of the Seoul Administrative Court (deputy judge Hyung-soon Park) ruled that the plaintiff was defeated in a lawsuit for canceling the disposition of the personal information disclosure of the suspect against the head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

In April of last year, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that it decided to disclose personal information based on Article 25 of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (disclosure of the suspect’s face, etc.), and that’buta’ was Kang Hoon.

On this day, Mr. Kang filed a lawsuit against the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency for canceling the disposition of disclosure of the suspect’s personal information. It also filed an application for suspension of execution, requesting that the disposition of personal information disclosure be suspended until the results of the main case trial come out.

However, the 11th Ministry of Administration dismissed the request for suspension of execution, saying, “It took into account the extreme damage to the victims due to the acts of a strong force, the degree of criticism for the behavior, and the social necessity to prevent the same type of crime.” .
