A total of 50 mid- to large-sized excavators, including 30 DX340L models and 20 DX480LC models, were awarded from a local construction company that won the Hong Kong International Airport runway expansion project. In Thailand, a total of 38 excavators and wheel loaders were signed from a mine development and civil construction company that used products from global competitors. Vietnam also won an order for 20 mini excavators from a local dairy company.

Doosan Infracore has recently been receiving large-scale orders from the Middle East. On the 25th of last month, a total of 27 excavators and wheel loaders were ordered from a mining company in Oman. This is the result of winning orders from Saudi Arabia-based construction companies in September last year, equipment rental companies in Turkey in October, and large local construction companies in Qatar in December.

In Africa, on the 23rd of last month, a total of 35 excavators and wheel loaders were ordered from a local Moroccan company, and in Egypt, 35 wheel loaders were each ordered for a government-led agricultural project. In December of last year, it has secured large-scale customers in Africa, including an order for 20 excavators from a mining company in Ghana.

In addition, it is actively targeting the Latin American market by winning orders for a total of 16 excavators and wheel loaders from Colombian construction companies and rental companies last month.
