The public price of 84.98㎡ of Beomjigi 10 Complex in Arum-dong, nearby, rose 92.3% from 233 million won to 448 million won.
In the case of 72.49㎡ of Garak Village 10 Complex in Goundong, it rose 89.6% from 173 million won to 328 million won.
