Representative Lee Nak-yeon’s mask (Gimhae = Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Dong-min = Lee Nak-yeon, together with Democratic Party representative, is taking off his mask after attending the’Small Businessmen On-Offline Talk’ held in the conference room of the Gimhae Small Business Business Center in Gimhae, Gyeongnam on the 27th.

Regarding the 4th disaster subsidy, Lee Nak-yeon, together with Democratic Party representative, said on the 27th, “If tomorrow, the party’s discussions on emergency disaster subsidies will be finished.” “There will be some surprising changes,” he said. In this regard, Lee said that street vendors across the country are included in the 4th disaster support payment target.

Representative Lee revealed this afternoon at the Gimhae Small Business Business Center at Gyeongnam Maeil’s’On-Offline Conversation with Small Businessmen’.

Representative Lee said that the size of the additional budget for disaster support (additional budget) will be around 15 trillion won. “It is about 4 trillion won to change the expenditure from the budget originally organized as the fixed budget. I can’t do it a little,” he explained.

He added, “In the process of deliberation by the National Assembly, if it increases a little, it could exceed 20 trillion won,” he added. “It is the largest scale in terms of (disaster subsidies).”

Representative Lee said, “The most epoch-making thing is to put the street vendors in this support target,” he said. “Specifically, the street vendors who entered the merchants’ association will be the target of support this time. There will be 40,000 locations nationwide.”

CEO Lee pledged again that he would minimize blind spots, saying, “For places that are not subject to local government management, support will go through welfare policies.”

Representative Lee also said about the Gadeokdo New Airport Special Act, “With this opportunity, the Boo, Ul, and Gyeong mega cities (formation) will be in full swing.” He said, “Gyeongnam (Changwon, Gimhae, Yangsan), Busan, and Ulsan will be united like a’one city’.”

Representative Lee commented in detail on the transportation policy being planned for the establishment of a mega city in the southeast region. He said, “It is still in the planning stage, but the project plan of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) is in the process of connecting railroads from Noksan Industrial Complex to Gadeokdo to Gadeokdo to Ung-dong, Jinhae-gu, Busan.”

He also said, “If you go through a tunnel underneath the Ungdong-Gyeongnam Provincial Office, it will be about 8km,” he said. “We need to connect it to this point and pull the era when Gyeongnam Provincial Office-Busan is connected by subway.” He added, “By expanding the transportation network, we will build a mega city infrastructure in the Southeast region.”

Southeastern megacity refers to connecting the Southeast region into a single life, economy, and cultural community by linking neighboring cities in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam to overcome overcrowding in the metropolitan area and to achieve balanced regional development.
