[루키=인천, 배승열 기자] Can Jung Hyo-geun’s return be a New Year’s gift to director Yoo-hoon?
Incheon E-Land Elephants won 78-73 in the match against Anyang KGC Ginseng Corporation in the 3rd round of the 2020-2021 Hyundai Mobis Professional Basketball Regular League held at Incheon Samsan World Gymnasium on the 27th.
E-Land reached 5th place alone with 13-12 losses in the season.
Recently, E-Land unfolded a strong march to digest 3 games for 4 days. However, the year ended with a thrilling victory while maintaining concentration in karate in the fourth quarter.
E-Land coach Yoo-Hoon Yoo said, “I prepared a defense that does not shake the front line. I was shaken by Lee Jae-do at the beginning, but afterwards I found a sense of stability and the defense was well. The recent players’ fatigue must have been a lot, but I finished the game well with concentration. However, there were a lot of mistakes. What came out was a matter of thinking and working together,” he said.
Next, he talked about Jeong Hyo-geun, who was about to be discharged. Jung Hyo-geun is currently enjoying his last vacation as a managing director. Jung Hyo-geun’s military status is until January 11th.
