Tampa Bay Race coach Kevin Kathy, who delivered the news of Choi Mann’s knee examination, said he was not very worried.
In an interview with reporters on the 14th (Korean time), coach Kathy said, “I received a checkup by a doctor, and I think I will be able to know the status more accurately according to the results,” regarding only Choi, who was excluded from the lineup of the demonstration game for two consecutive days.
“I haven’t seen myself on the field, but during batting practice, seeing I stretch my knees more than usual, and Q (nickname for bench coach as Matt Quatra) said,’If you’re not in good condition, take a break.’ I did it,” he said.

Choi Ji-man, who previously missed the first three games because of an abnormality in the same area, is scheduled to meet with Dr. Coco Eaton of the club’s doctor to check the condition.
It is not a good idea to see your doctor during camp. Director Kathy said, “I don’t think I’m too worried. I’ll wait for a doctor’s opinion.”
Dalton Kelly participates in the spot where only Choi can’t come out. He played for five seasons in the minor leagues.
Coach Cathy said, “Everyone’s favorite player in the player development department. First base defense is good. If we could invite players to the substitute camp last season, he would be the first player to be on the list. It was not included in the reserve list last year, so we are very disappointed. He introduced him, saying, “He is a good player, and he is excited to wear a uniform again to play. [email protected][ⓒ 매일경제 & mk.co.kr, 무단전재 및 재배포 금지]
