The first issue is when did candidate Oh Se-hoon recognize the existence of the Naegok-dong land? This is because the words of Candidate Se-hoon Oh have changed.
The land at 106 and 110 Naegok-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul in question is the land inherited from his father by Prof. Song Hyun-ok, the wife of Candidate Se-hoon Oh, in 1970. Professor Song, who was jointly owned by his family, received land compensation as the land was selected and accepted as a rental housing site in 2009. It has been over 40 years since it has been owned in its own name. This land will be transferred to SH Corporation in 2011. Candidate Se-hoon Oh took office as mayor of Seoul on July 1, 2006, and voluntarily resigned on August 26, 2011.

Candidate Se-hoon Oh has argued that the land in Naegok-dong was originally designated as the site for the National Rental Housing Project by the Participating Government in March 2006. In 2009, the Lee Myung-bak administration only changed its name to Bogeumjari Housing, so it is a counterargument that it was actually a matter decided by the Roh Moo-hyun administration before the time of inauguration (July 2006).
