The government announced the candidates for new public housing sites mentioned in the 2nd and 4th measures as early as April, and will supply 43,500 homes to the city center this year.

On the 17th, Vice Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Yoon Seong-won appeared on MBC radio’Kim Jong-bae’s attention’ and said, “There may be more than 30 to 40 areas announced through consultation with the residents.” Said this.

He added, “We plan to promote 260,000 households in 15~20 places nationwide.”

“We will announce the second candidate site at the end of the year,” said Vice Minister Yun. “Because we will implement the project next year, we will select all reserves this year with in mind in advance.”

He said, “This measure is three times the size of Bunnu City, and if the measures announced so far will be newly supplied, about 2.55 million households nationwide will be newly released.” .

Regarding the objection of land and building owners in some areas such as Seoul Station, he said, “Because this project was conducted under the Special Public Housing Act before the 2nd and 4th Measures came out, the character is different.” It is a misunderstanding to think that we will go, and we will be as considerate as possible to the residents.”

Regarding the intensification of the jeonse crisis since the enforcement of the 2nd Lease Act, he said, “When the demand for winter vacation school districts in February ends, the price of jeonse will increase as sales increase,” he said. In the end, depending on how quickly the supply expansion proceeds, the housing market can stabilize.

Regarding the improvement of the official brokerage fee, he said, “We will finish the investigation by April to May and announce the improvement plan that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has as early as May.”
