The Democratic Party is concentrating its efforts on L-City (LCT), a high-rise residential-commercial building in Busan, with 20 days left for the 4·7 Busan mayoral by-election.

Visiting Busan on the 17th, Lee Nak-yeon and Kim Tae-yeon, the permanent chairman of the Democratic Party’s Central Seondae Committee, demanded a’L City special prosecutor’ and pushed the Busan Mayor Park Hyeong-jun, the power of the people, with a fierce pressure. The Democratic Party made considerable efforts to visit the L-City site and raise allegations of speculation even after the Busan Central Committee.

“There is no reason not to accept the L-City special prosecutor with the LH special prosecutor.”

Tae-nyeon Kim, who first spoke at the central election committee meeting held at the Busan Democratic Party, pressed the opposition party to accept the LH special prosecutor as well as the L City special prosecutor. “As much as real estate speculation using internal information of public officials, governmental lobbying and preferential pre-sale for construction permits should also be pursued.” He mentioned the contents of the L-City case in which a key member of the former government was arrested, he said, “But the prosecution was acquitted of 41 people in accusations of preferential sales by civic groups, and this time, a preferential list containing more than 100 influential people appeared.” .

Chairman Kim Tae-nyeon suggested that “there is no reason for the opposition party to disagree with the investigation of the truth of the L-City preferential sale.” The LH crisis also touched the public sentiment, which is sensitive to real estate. He criticized, “It would be a shame for the common people to buy apartments worth over 2 billion won side by side and expect a whopping 4 billion won in market profits in less than a year.”

Remarks by Chairman Lee Nak-yeon that he would correct the controversy over LH land speculation included the investigation of the’L City suspicion’. Chairman Nak-yeon Lee said, “We will liquidate the real estate obstruction, which is a long-time imposition of our society,” and said, “Right now, a total real estate investigation of elected officials including members of the National Assembly and runners for the 4.7 re-election must be carried out.”

“If a leader is selected for alleged corruption in real estate, we cannot create a transparent public service society,” he criticized, saying, “Unfortunately, the opposition candidate in Busan is in controversy. My explanation is opaque and insufficient.” Chairman Lee Nak-yeon emphasized, “There will be no law against the second and third L-City corruption, especially if the suspicion of preferential distribution of L-City has been overlooked.”

“It was the first time I knew that candidate Park lived in Haeundae L City. I was shocked.”

‘L City’ was not missed in the remarks of Busan Mayor Kim Young-chun, who is confronting Candidate Park Hyung-jun. Candidate Young-Chun Kim pointed out, “L City is a 410-meter 101-story huge dinosaur building built after removing restrictions as a monster that destroyed the white sand beach of Haeundae.” did.

Candidate Kim, who argued that Park’s possession of L-City is not illegal, could not be moralized, said, “If a person living in L-City with a market price of 4 billion won becomes the mayor, the destruction of the environment and development of Busan cannot be prevented. “I can’t implement a proper housing policy. I’m angry.”

After the meeting, the Democratic Party’s next destination was L-City, Haeundae-gu, Busan. Standing chairmen Nak-yeon Lee and Tae-nyeon Kim, together with Candidate Young-Chun Kim, will visit L-City at 1 pm and hold a press conference again. At the site, a progress report by Jeon Jae-soo, the remarks of the two chairpersons, and the positions of standing chairmen Park Jae-ho and Choi In-ho, are followed.

In response to the Democratic Party’s offensive, candidate Park Hyung-joon again refuted, in a Facebook post, that “the Democratic Party is propagating black. Candidate Park said, “The Democratic Party and the ruling powers are continuing to attack my sick family members, and they are continuing to attack myself, which goes beyond the scope of verification.” If so, it cannot be said to be a normal liberal democracy system.”
