According to the Financial Investment Association on the 22nd, as of the 19th, the credit balance of securities companies increased by 3206 billion won from the previous day to 22,223.2 billion won. This is the first time that the credit loan balance has exceeded 22 trillion won.

The credit loan transaction balance is the amount that individuals borrowed from securities companies to invest in stocks, and has been reusing its record high for six consecutive trading days since the 10th (21.635.4 billion won).

The balance of credit loans surpassed 20 trillion won in early January from 19 trillion won at the end of last year, and soared to 21,6331 trillion won on the 25th. After that, the KOSPI’s rise slowed and showed a correction, indicating a decline, falling below 20 trillion won on the 2nd. After that, it started to rise again and increased for 11 consecutive trading days.
