[이코노믹리뷰=정경진 기자] DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 23rd that it will publicly hire professionals for corporate sales promotion to create jobs for retired employees in financial institutions and expand their business areas.

This recruitment is to recruit sales people who directly visit small and medium-sized businesses that need financial consulting in the form of’moving mobile branches’. It plans to actively utilize their various experiences and know-how while contributing to the creation of jobs for the silver generation by providing re-employment opportunities for retirees from financial institutions.

DGB Daegu Bank is recruiting experts to promote business operations in the metropolitan area and Gyeonggi-do area. Eligibility for application is one of the requirements of one of two years or more of experience as a branch manager of a financial institution or at least two years of experience as a branch manager of a (technology) credit guarantee fund. Anyone who meets DGB Daegu Bank’s talents without restriction of academic background, gender, and age can take the test.

It visits individual companies and is in charge of overall corporate outbound sales such as loans (including PF) and receipts, credit cards, and retirement pensions. The contract period is one year, and in addition to the salary, a separate performance contract is signed, and incentives linked to sales performance are paid.
