Coupang’s business situation, which has not been known so far, was revealed as it promoted listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Net sales per active customer also increased 59.0% from about 178,000 won in the fourth quarter of 2019 to about 283,000 won in the fourth quarter of 2020.

Coupang’s paid membership system’Rocket Wow’ subscribers accounted for 32% of active customers in the fourth quarter of last year, and the frequency of purchases was more than four times that of regular subscribers.

In the application for listing, the remuneration of the board chairman Kim Bum-seok, the founder of Coupang, also attracts attention.
