In Jeju, over 40cm of snow fell in mountainous areas for three days.
Frozen roads and national parks were controlled.
Accidents followed after three days of heavy snowfall.
Nearly 200 damage reports have been filed in Honam and Jeju.
Most of them were snowy road accidents and ice fall accidents.
Flights that were once canceled 79 flights are now in normal operation.
As the storm warning is lifted, the sea road is gradually opening up.
However, access to Hallasan mountain roads and some national park trails is still under control.
The southern region of the West Sea and the Jeju region will have more snow until tomorrow.
The Meteorological Administration predicted 3~8cm in the west coast of Jeolla and the mountainous area of Jeju Island, and 1~5cm inland in Chungcheong and Jeolla Province.
