After that, the court decided to compulsory mediation, but Mr. A refused to accept the decision and filed an objection, and the formal trial proceeded again.

Jae-Hyun Cho’s lawyer said, “The prosecution of Korean-Koreans in Japan has also been suspended without responding to the investigation. The case is not terminated, but if Mr. B does not return, it can be considered that the court battle has been completed.” Said.

Mr. B, known as an actress, sued Jo Jae-hyun in June 2018, claiming that he was sexually assaulted by Jo Jae-hyun in the bathroom of a broadcasting company in 2002.

However, Cho Jae-hyun protested that Mr. B demanded money and goods, such as asking for 300 million won as a pretext for this, saying it was an agreed relationship, leading to a court battle.

Meanwhile, it is said that Cho Jae-hyun is currently living in the province and is not traveling with his family.
