Lee Heon-seung said, “Gimhae Airport does not operate 24 hours,” and mentioned the need for 24-hour operation of Gaduk New Airport. “There is no case of parallel design and construction such as Incheon Airport 2nd Passenger Terminal or SOC project. There is no problem in the parallel promotion of the final design and construction.” He emphasized the fact that there are no defects in the special law. An official from Busan City said, “If the secretary of the people’s power was not for Lee, what would have been done?”
