“It’s very different from our last discussion with Candidate Eun-hee Cho and Candidate Se-hoon Oh.”

Na Kyung-won, the people’s strength contest candidate, said, “I see it, it’s definitely one to three,” and laughed that all the candidates except for himself attacked him. Candidate Eun-hee Cho replied, “Because the moderator told me to be very violent, and the Embassy Chairman Jeong Jin-suk also told me not to do anything too bored…”, I replied, “It doesn’t seem like that, and I tell you it’s very different from what I see.”

The second part of the’Seoul Mayoral Candidate Competition 2nd Confrontation Debate’ held at the Paik Beom Kim Gu Memorial Hall on the afternoon of the 19th, ahead of the Seoul Mayor’s by-election, was very different from the previous one. Candidate Eun-Hwan Oh and Eun-Hee Cho, who fought in the first part of the second part, created a warm atmosphere, such as exchanging virtues with each other (related article: Eun-hee Jo and Se-Hoon Oh, who beat Park Young-sun while exchanging virtues). However, on the 19th, a spark broke out in the workshop of candidates Na Gyeong-won and Cho Eun-hee.

The attack was Cho Eun-hee and the defense was Na Kyung-won. Unlike the last time, Candidate Eun-hee Jo stubbornly attacked with candidate Na Gyeong-won cut off his response. They even intervened in the middle of the answer and pushed on without giving them a chance to talk to the end. At first, the expression of Candidate Na, who was laughing and passing by, became harder and harder. Scenes of awkward air flowing, such as being silent while swallowing for a moment, spread several times.

“I can’t remember the exact number, but…”

It wasn’t like that from the beginning. In all remarks on this day, Candidate Eun-hee Cho took luck saying, “I am standing side by side with Candidate Na Gyeong-won here, and as the same woman, as a woman who has pierced the glass ceiling, I feel proud.” However, he emphasized that he is the more suitable person, saying, “If you compete with that person 10 years ago, you will still lose,” and “If the spirit of the times changes, people must change too.”

One of Cho’s main targets was’number’. I persistently asked for specific data, such as the size of financial resources and various statistics. When the candidate I was confused to estimate or answer an approximation, he pointed out that he was wrong on the spot and listed the data he knew. For example, if candidate Na Gyeong-won says “It’s less than 0.9” after asking about Seoul’s fertility rate, then Cho supplements it with “0.71~0.72”, or Candidate Na mentions Candidate Eun-hee Cho’s housing supply pledge and says “10 a year. If you mention “more than 10,000”, the ping pong of “130,000” was repeated on the spot.

In addition, Candidate Cho criticized Na’s pledge for child allowance and asked, “Do you know how many children aged 0 to 5?” and drew an answer from candidate Na, “I do not remember the exact number.” In response, Candidate Jo said, “When Candidate Shin-Hwan Oh told the media,’Yeah, I’m going to be my management,’ when Candidate Shin-Hwan Oh said (talking) Gyeong-Ah Heo (evidence). But I thought that was a metaphor. When I look at the financial resources of the candidate’s pledge, I am really worried that I will become Huh Kyung-yeong.”

Candidate Jo continued the offensive, saying, “(Candidate’s election slogan) is strong and delicate, but not delicate.” It is pointed out that “the calculation is not delicate” and “the educational measures are not delicate.” Candidate Na tried to continue the supplementary explanation, saying, “It’s not that I’ll do it all,” “I didn’t calculate the whole thing…”. However, it was not easy for Na, who was pushed by Cho’s wave of waves, to concentrate on defense. Candidate Na was often cut off without being able to explain his pledges.

“The details of numbers need to be well known by the practitioners working below.”

However, candidate Na Gyeong-won was not alone. He said, “I know the numbers too well, so I can do that,” he said. “It’s good for the market to know the numbers, of course, but it’s good for the market to know the numbers, but the details of those numbers really need to be well known to the practitioners working under the ground.” It is a ridicule that Candidate Eun-hee Jo, who lists specific data, is not a sense of the market, but a sense of management-type working underneath it. Candidate Jo raised his voice, “Ah, am I a working person?”

Candidate Na tried to seize the opportunity to counterattack by pointing out the lack of reality, saying, “Because the housing shortage was so severe, I was very motivated to supply a lot of houses this time.” However, he couldn’t effectively refute Cho’s answer and ran out of talk time.

As the atmosphere of the debate increased, the atmosphere of the viewers also overheated. In the live YouTube chat window, where the discussion was broadcast live, comments such as “Jo Eun-hee are good” and comments such as “I’m not polite” and “Isn’t it too intrusive?” intersect, and each candidate supporter has a’writing fight’.

The Power of the People announces the results of the ARS vote of the’Debate Evaluation Group’ consisting of 1,000 party members and citizens at the end of the debate. Candidate Kyung-won Na was chosen by the debate evaluation team at this debate.
