Tensions between the two sides (兩岸, China and Taiwan) are rising as Chinese military aircraft enter Taiwan’s Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) for four consecutive days.

According to the homepage of the Ministry of Defense of Taiwan on the 7th, four military aircraft of the People’s Liberation Army of China entered the air defense identification zone in southwestern Taiwan the day before.

The aircraft are two Zen(殲·J)-16 fighters, one Kungjing(空警·KJ)-500 early warning unit, and one Yun(運·Y)-8 reconnaissance aircraft.

The Taiwanese military said it responded with patrol aircraft sorties, warning broadcasts, and radar tracking of air defense missile units.

Chinese military aircraft have been protesting against Taiwan every day since the 3rd of this month.

On the 5th, 10 Chinese military aircraft, including 4 Zen(殲·J)-16 fighters and 4 Zen-10 fighters, entered Taiwan’s air defense identification zone.

China is also pressing Taiwan at sea.

The Chinese Navy announced on the 5th that a leaflet of the Liaoning aircraft carrier had recently conducted training around Taiwan.

He declared that “in the future, similar training will be carried out at all times according to the plan.”

The Chinese military’s move came as the US, Japan, India, and Australia security council,’Quad’, which was formed to contain China, began joint maritime exercises with France for three days in the Bay of Bengal in eastern India from the 5th.

In addition, according to the South China Sea Strategic Posture Detection Plan (SCSPI), a Chinese think tank, US military aircraft carriers have recently entered the South China Sea and the East China Sea one after another.

The carrier squadron led by the U.S. nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt entered the South China Sea on the 4th, and the guided missile destroyer Mustine was operating in the East China Sea and approached the mouth of the Changjiang River on the 3rd. SCSPI said.
