‘China’s richest man’ Ma Yun is suspected of disappearing (Alibaba founder)

Yahoo Finance reported on the 4th that China’s billionaire Ma Yun, 56, is suspected of disappearing. The suspicion of his disappearance is not unrelated to the fact that Ma’s appearance has not been released for more than two months.

Ma Win, the founder of Alibaba, did not suddenly appear in the last episode of his TV show,’Africa’s Business Heroes’. The TV show gives emerging African entrepreneurs an opportunity to compete for $1.5 million.

In fact, according to the Financial Times, Ma-Win was recently deleted from the program’s internet site and promotional video, and Alibaba’s executives appeared on the final filming site instead of Ma.

An Alibaba spokesman said, according to the Financial Times, that Ma was unable to participate in the jury due to a schedule conflict.

Ma Yun is currently being oppressed by the Chinese government. Ma Yun criticized the authorities for taking an overly conservative supervisory policy last year, putting’danger prevention’ as a ground task, and caused a big wave in the Chinese economy.

At the time, Ma’in thought, “Good innovators are not afraid of coaching, but they are afraid of lagging coaches”, “The greatest risk is trying to make the risk’zero’ (0)”, “The future game is a game of innovation. It should be, it should not be a (regulatory) skill contest of the supervisory authority.”

He compared the global banking soundness regulatory system’Basel’ as a’senior club’ and argued that it was difficult to apply to the Chinese financial system.

“We have to make new things for the next generation and young people,” he said. “We have to reform the current system.”

Ma’s remarks at the time made him look disliked by the government. The Chinese government has put a super strong push to halt Ant Group’s IPO process, which has garnered global attention as being the largest in human history. Ant Group is a Chinese fintech company and a subsidiary of Alibaba Group.

At the end of last month, Chinese authorities launched an antitrust investigation into Alibaba and instructed Ant Group to restructure its organization.

Ma Winn last stopped tweeting on October 10 last year.
