Solo artist Chungha releases his first full album’Querencia’ after 4 years of debut. The album name’Querencia’, which he created 10 months ago, means’restaurant’ in Spanish.
At an online press conference held prior to the release of the album on the 15th, he said, “I worked on the work with the mind that the album itself is a’rest’.”
In December of last year, Cheongha was diagnosed with Corona 19 and stopped activities to restore health. This album was also aiming to be released in January, but it was postponed.
“Since I was isolated, I had a lot of time to think about the things I was grateful for. I learned that you shouldn’t live while harassing yourself. If you’re buried in one thing, you can miss the happiness that’s nearby. Said. “Because he was asymptomatic enough to not have a fever, he recovered quickly now,” he added.

The new album is classified into four’SIDE’ categories, including’NOBLE’,’SAVAGE’,’UNKNOWN’, and’PLEASURES’. 21 songs of various genres are scheduled to be distributed on 2CD.
The title track’Bicycle’ is an R&B pop sound that develops with the introduction of a strong fuzz guitar. Cheongha directly participated in the lyrics, expressing the excitement and overwhelming energy of the moment when he stepped forward with the pedal.
“I’ve been talking about opening a new chapter in my life and I’m not afraid. It’s a fast and aggressive song.”
The new album was completed by indie scene musicians such as black skirt, Baek Ye-rin, and Cold.
Cheong-ha said, “It was a series of challenges and learning.”
Regarding the activity goal, he said, “I want to show you a lot of energy.”
