[천지일보=정다준 기자] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 11th that it will help Korean start-ups to advance overseas by organizing the’K-Startup Pavilion’ at the world’s largest consumer electronics show’CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2021′.

Due to concerns about the spread of Corona 19, the Ministry of SMEs will form a K-Startup Pavilion at CES 2021, which is held entirely online, to actively promote Korean startups at home and abroad through media, YouTubers, and cloud funding platforms around the world.

CES, the world’s largest consumer electronics exhibition held annually in Las Vegas, USA, will be held online from this year to the 14th.

This year’s main technical topics are 5G and Internet of Things (IOT), advertising, entertainment and content, automobiles, blockchain, health and happy life, home and family, video entertainment, product design and manufacturing, robots and machine intelligence, sports, and startups. Introducing innovative technology fields that will change your life in 11 areas including business.

According to the organizer, the American Consumer Technology Association (CTA), CES 2021 will be attended by large and mid-sized companies, including Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, as well as startups supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The number of Korean companies participating this year is 300, the second largest after the US.

There are 97 startups participating through the K-STARTUP Pavilion.

In particular, Loople, M2S Korea, SoftPV, and HHS have portable solar solutions, Olly, VROR EYE DR, Soft Cell-Soft Cell and biosignal processing, respectively. It was awarded the’CES 2021 Innovation Award’ to select innovative technologies and devices as the base safety monitoring system.
