Huh Kyung-young runs as a candidate for the 4·7 Seoul Mayor’s by-election

National Revolutionary Party candidate Heo Kyung-young, who was running for the mayor of Seoul, requested an invitation for a TV discussion.

Candidate Huh said on Facebook on the 26th, “I’m the third place in the poll,” and “Why do I exclude Kyung-young Heo when I invite 5 people to the TV invitation debate?”

He suggested, “Would you like to conduct a three-way discussion, including Huh Kyung-yong, not a candidate with a 0% approval rating?” He then argued, “Excluding the five candidates, the remaining seven candidates with low awareness are also against equity to hold the debate during the daytime when everyone is working.”

Earlier, Candidate Huh was ranked third in the polls on the vote of the candidate for the Seoul Mayor by-election. On the 24th, a survey of 806 adults living in Seoul by Real Meter, a specialized public opinion polling agency, surveyed 806 adults living in Seoul (±3.5% points for a 95% confidence level of sample error) with 1.2%, Sehun Oh (55.0%) and Youngseon Park ( 36.5%) followed by 3rd place.

The Seoul Mayor’s by-election candidate TV initial debate will be held at 10:00 pm on the 30th, and will be broadcast live by KBS and MBC. The TV debate of the other candidates excluded from the invitation range will also be held at KBS and MBC, and will begin at 2:30 pm on the 29th.

The invited candidates are candidates recommended by a political party with five or more seats, candidates who received more than 3% of the votes in the previous election, and candidates with an average approval rating of 5% or more as a result of public opinion polls conducted by media organizations These are candidates who have met more than one condition.

Meanwhile, Candidate Heo made major pledges, such as a public love system that gives unmarried people 200,000 won a month for love, 150 million won for marriage and housing, and 30 million won for maternity allowance.
