Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Byun Chang-heum expressed his intention to resign on the 12th, regarding the responsibility for the land dumping of employees of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH).

All 20 of them are LH employees, and 11 of them were found to have been speculating on the land when Byun was in office.
