He said, “At this time, development profits are shared among the owners of houses, landlords, tenants, local communities, and public developers, and if the appropriate ratio is agreed, housing can be supplied in various ways in the metropolitan area or low-rise housing.”
Candidate Byun said, “In the case of low-rise residential areas, most of them cannot move even after 50 years.”
He said, “We need to do collective maintenance through consensus in these regions, but there is no main body,” he said. “If you support system improvement so that more incentives can be given, we will strongly promote it.”
