Minister Park said, “In relation to the reform of the prosecution, the President has given us various guidelines.”

As for the timing of personnel, Minister Park said, “The timing and method, seating and placement of people, etc. are quite concrete, but nothing has been confirmed.”

Minister Park also revealed his position on the’Enactment of the Public Prosecution Act’, which completely excludes the prosecution’s right to investigate, which is being promoted by the ruling party.

He said, “In a broader direction, the complete separation of investigation and prosecution is correct.”
